The Ottumwa Police Department says a local business sold alcohol and tobacco to underage customers in a sting operation.
Lieutenant Jason Bell says on April 15 and April 16, the department discovered Fine Liquor and Tobacco, located at 821 Albia Road, selling the products to four customers under the age of 21.
As a result of the sting, two employees of the business were cited.
