Larry W. Crockett

Larry W. Crockett, 67, of Milton died Sunday March 9, 2014 at his home.  He was born Dec. 24, 1946 near Perry, MO to Charles and Dorothy Misner Crockett.  He grew up and lived in the Davenport area and had lived the past several years in Milton.  Larry was a welder in a steel fabrication plant in Davenport.

Surviving are a daughter, Dorothy Jean Irons of Miami, OK, two sons, Christopher Crockett of Sedalia, MO and Larry Crockett, Jr. of Iowa City, six grandchildren including Dalton, Andrew and Emily Wiley and Hailey Irons, three step-children, Kimberly Koehlhoeffer of Lenapah, OK, Cassie Phillips of Davenport and Larry Phillips of Lenapah, OK, ten step-grandchildren, and a step-great grandson, a sister, Janell Fields of Milton and a brother, Phillip Crockett of White Lake, MI. His parents preceded him in death.

In accord with his wishes his body has been cremated.  A memorial service will be at 11 A.M. Saturday March 15, 2014 at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua with Rev. Jerry Caughron officiating. Visitation with family present will be 10-11 A.M. Saturday prior to the service.  Gifts to a memorial to be designated later by the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to family at P.O.
